Ford Won't Help with Navigation Problem I don't know if they read this, but if I can at least warn people to stay away from the nightmare of a navigation system

I have a fully updated Edge 530 (v4.20 with the latest GPS chipset v2.50), and it will not connect to GPS satellites. I haven't used it in a couple weeks (vacation and marathon training). I currently have it outside trying to connect. It's been about 20 minutes, and it's not getting anything.
